Megan began her legal career at a Gold Coast law firm as a receptionist, before heading overseas for two years where she worked in a variety of roles while travelling, including an international law firm in London and an international credit insurance firm in Wales.
Upon returning to Australia, Megan worked in real estate before returning to the legal sector until the birth of her first child.
After taking time off to raise a family, she returned to the workforce in a variety of administrative positions around the Tweed region before settling into an administrative role in aged care.
After 7 years in aged care, Megan decided it was time for a change back to the legal industry, and she has settled in at Bourke Legal’s office at Kingscliff where she works as Legal Secretary to Senior Associate Jessica Prasser.
When not at work, Megan’s two daughters keep her busy, and she likes to relax by doing sudoku and jigsaw puzzles – having recently completed her biggest jigsaw puzzle to date of 40,320 pieces.
