Emma graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Laws in early 2024. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2025.
Originally from New Zealand, Emma moved to the Tweed Coast of NSW and joined Bourke Legal’s Kingscliff office as a Law Clerk in May 2024.
Emma has had a passion for the law from a young age. She is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury law, providing them with the support and guidance they need during challenging times.
Although her legal career is just beginning, Emma is thoroughly enjoying the challenges it brings and the continuous learning. She is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the compensation they deserve while making a meaningful impact on their lives.
When she’s not in the office, Emma enjoys camping with her partner, taking walks along the beach, and cooking up a storm.
