Emma completed her Bachelor of Laws in early 2024 at the Victoria University of Wellington. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in September 2024 and will soon be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.
Emma joined Bourke Legal’s Kingscliff office as a Law Clerk in May 2024. Originally from New Zealand, Emma moved to the Tweed Coast just before starting at Bourke Legal. She has had a passion for the law from a young age.
Emma is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of Personal Injury law, providing them with the support and guidance they need during challenging times. Emma finds great satisfaction in her work of helping clients.
Although her legal career is just beginning, she is thoroughly enjoying the challenges it brings and the continuous learning. Emma is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the compensation and justice they deserve while making a meaningful impact on their lives.
When she’s not in the office, Emma enjoys camping with her partner, taking walks along the beach, and cooking up a storm.
