Originally from the small town of Canowindra, Laura relocated to Orange in 2024. She joined the Bourke Legal Orange office in March 2026, bringing with her years of experience in retail and administration.
Laura is known for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and process-driven approach. She plays an important role in keeping the Orange office running efficiently and ensuring both clients and colleagues are well supported.
After completing a Certificate II in Business through TAFE NSW in 2017, Laura went on to complete an administration traineeship, where she earned a Certificate III in Business and expanded her administrative experience.
Laura works closely with Genevieve to support Director Melissa Arndell and Associate Karly Weathered, assisting with client care and a broad range of administrative functions across the office.
When she’s not at work, Laura enjoys playing Old School RuneScape, building all kinds of LEGO sets (her largest containing 2,807 pieces), and spending time with her fiancé and cat.
