Sharnay was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2017 and then as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in January 2019. In 2018 Sharnay completed her Masters in Legal Practice at the Australian National University.
Sharnay started her career in the legal industry in 2012 as a legal secretary and has since worked for various firms across the Northern Rivers whilst completing her university studies. She began working in Personal Injury law, focusing on workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence and public liability claims in 2019.
In November 2023 Sharnay joined Bourke Legal as an Associate and now practices out of the Ballina office.
Sharnay is a member of the NSW Law Society, the NSW Young Lawyers Association and is an Approved Legal Services Provider with IRO (Independent Review Office).
When not at work, you will find Sharnay sketching, enjoying a good book or spending time with her friends, family and two dogs.
