Lisette’s strengths lie in her ability to coordinate, organise and facilitate the trickiest of transactions, which led to her becoming Bourke Legal’s Practice Manager. Based out of Bourke Legal’s Ballina office, Lisette is responsible for the day to day operations of a busy, multi-office law firm, including IT, marketing, advertising, maintaining client and supplier relationships, managing personnel, staff training, acquisition and development.
“The best part of my job is coming up with new or novel ways to streamline our productivity and efficiency so that as a firm, we’re always moving forward,” Lisette says. “I really enjoy seeing a project that I’ve worked hard on, come to fruition and be successful.”
When not at work, Lisette chases her three energetic children (one of which is her husband) and is planning her next escape to New Zealand to add to her wine collection and get some snow time.
